where attitude meets ambition.
Our Group CEO, Steve Rousseau, laid the foundation for World of Talents in 2008 with the launch of Sales Talents — and one clear belief: success is an attitude. Since then, his entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and focus on shortage occupations have turned that single start-up into an international HR ecosystem with 5800 employees and 33 specialized companies. In the years ahead, his ambition remains crystal clear: to grow World of Talents into the leading European reference in future-focused HR solutions.
