At House of Talents, we are constantly looking for ways to make an impact. Our partnership with YouthStart is a perfect reflection of this. YouthStart offers young people at risk of dropping out of the job market the chance to develop themselves, discover their talents and face their future with confidence. This mission fits seamlessly with our vision: supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
What does YouthStart do?
YouthStart is an organisation that helps young people aged between 16 and 30, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, to take control of their lives. Through intensive, hands-on training, these young people not only learn professional skills, but also develop personal qualities such as perseverance, self-confidence and leadership. They get the tools to draw up an entrepreneurial plan or clearly formulate their career goals.
Why This Collaboration?
At House of Talents, we believe in the power of talent development. We want to help them shape their future, whether as entrepreneurs or in other careers. With our support, young people can be introduced to the workplace. We participate as a jury to evaluate their projects on an objective basis. Those who pass receive their certificates from us.
It is also an opportunity for us to be involved in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and show that we are not only focused on success in business, but also on creating a positive impact on society.
The Impact
Our collaboration with YouthStart has already led to great results. Young people who have attended the trainings talk about how they overcame their fears, achieved their entrepreneurial dreams or simply gained a new perspective on their future. This inspires us to do even more.
Together, we ensure that young talent is not lost, but rather encouraged to be the best they can be. We are proud to be partners with YouthStart and look forward to what more we can achieve together in the future.
