"She Talks Empowerment” is a signature initiative focused on gender empowerment.
Each September, we bring together over 100 women: clients, experts, professionals, and community members. We want to inspire, connect and strengthen them. Each participant is encouraged to invite a woman from her network whom she wishes to empower.
This event delivers impact on an individual and collective level, sparking development and dialogue that extends beyond the day itself.
This project is a direct embodiment of our #ActForBetter ESG Strategy, which focuses on inclusion, wellbeing and long-term employability. By investing in the personal development of women in and around our organization, we strengthen social capital and contribute to a more diverse and resilient workforce.
