Last week, the participants of our WOT Academy gathered at our HQ in Kortrijk for another two-day learning module! The focus: gaining deeper insight into how our organisation operates and grows.
The program covered key topics such as our strategy and growth drivers, leadership approach and ESG journey, complemented by personal career stories and a practical session on giving and receiving feedback. Our participants also presented their own departments and ongoing Academy projects, creating space for reflection, exchange, and connection.
