These general terms and conditions apply to the websites of House of Talents BV, with its registered office at Beneluxpark 26 / 046, 8500 Kortrijk, and company number 0555.937.484, as well as its affiliated and associated companies (within the meaning of Articles 1:20 and 1:21 of the Companies and Associations Code), including House of Talents and its legal entities. House of Talents and its affiliated and associated companies specialize in recruitment & selection, interim, and project sourcing with a permanent option. For over 10 years, companies and candidates have relied on our expertise.

In performing its services, the entities of House of Talents adhere to the following principles:
- They treat all involved parties in an objective, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner and do not create or publish vacancies that may lead to discrimination.
- They respect personal privacy and only request personal data in accordance with the proper legal basis and in the candidate's interest, in accordance with CAO 38 quater of July 14, 1999.
- They request and use information about the client and candidates only in the context of mediation activities.
- They provide both the client and the candidate with accurate, timely, and complete information about the activities of House of Talents entities and the nature of the vacancy.
- They ensure that personality, knowledge, and psychological tests are conducted only in the appropriate context and under proper supervision. If they apply automated decision-making, the parties involved are informed, and consent is obtained.
- They are vigilant for vacancies that do not correspond to a real job offer.
- They determine the fee for their services in advance with the client. They do not receive any fees from candidates.
