Who can apply?

You:

Are a proven change maker within your team, company, opco, domain, …
Have the potential and ambition to take up more responsibility in breadth and depth
Put in a good individual performance last year, confirmed by your N+1 (your manager or team lead)
Are already making a difference today and you want to take steps to develop your strengths even further
Have at least 1 year of work experience within WoT

Innovative character and quality of your application
Maturity within your current role and excellent performer
Company identification and visibility on different levels in your team and our organisation. Being a real ambassador of our company

Personal Coaching Track
Four modules of 2 days each - location in Kortrijk, Antwerp and Utrecht
Project work & final pitch

Present yourself in a short video (in your mothertongue) – “Who are you?” + present one idea or project proposal on how we can improve WoT by enhancing collaboration and optimisation across our excellence centers, opcos, domains, countries, ... (video max 6min)
Write a motivational letter (English) – Explaining why you’re the right fit for the WoT Academy
