Building future-ready skills is part of building a sustainable business.
At World of Talents, sustainability is also about people: giving them opportunities to keep learning, strengthen their employability and remain relevant in a rapidly changing world of work.
A great example is the Advanced Sales Track at House of Talents Belgium, which recently brought together 40 experienced sales professionals. Working in teams, they tackled a complex corporate case—from uncovering the client’s real needs to presenting a convincing solution in the boardroom.
The programme went far beyond traditional sales techniques. Participants sharpened their skills in strategic account planning, stakeholder analysis, consultative selling and the purposeful use of AI. They were challenged to listen more carefully, ask better questions, connect different perspectives and translate insights into meaningful value for customers.
Because sustainable client relationships are not built by selling harder. They are built by understanding better.
By continuing to invest in learning and development, we help our people adapt to new technologies, respond to evolving market needs and grow throughout their careers. At the same time, we strengthen our ability to create lasting value for our customers, candidates and society.
That is how learning becomes part of our sustainability journey: by helping people become more resilient, adaptable and ready for the future.
Better skills. Stronger careers. Sustainable growth.
